Equestrian Center

Silva's Equestrian Centre will combine therapy and recreation to offer an integrated equestrian program that serves everyone from people with disabilities to nature lovers to avid riders. This new facility will expand our current equestrian program, providing room to accommodate more riders and horses. It will be will be ideally located between our protected forest area, organic farm and the Silva Community Center, giving riders access to all of the resources of the Silva Centre. Construction has been delayed by the permit process, but it is hoped that permits will be obtained in the Summer of 2009 and the foundations can be constructed prior to the rainy season.
